I have wasted on this little gadget last night in another attempt to lose weight. If you't already know, there Aren, you might want for 10,000 steps every day to improve your health and lose weight. Get a good pair of walking shoes, pedometers and the grave, and go for Omron HJ-112 pedometer (I prefer a small FM radio with headphones to wear a belt and a heart rate monitor). I've owned probably 3-6 other pedometers I paid about $ 10 - $ 30 for each unit in the last two years. Some were burned, some weren't some open like a pocket watch to see the screen (like a small pager). Others have played a little 'air, and could not speak the number on the screen. There was also a basic pedometer indicator similar mechanism similar to a car's display of the odometer. Not counting on it's how to use your calories walking or judge the distance in miles (another"value " in my book), Omron HJ-112 pedometer got an A + in my book for' accuracy and pedometer in it's ability to feel every step, reliable and accurate. Once again - I'm sorry I don't count this first step. It 'a bit' bigger than most, but I think this is due to's internal mechanics. Omron HJ-112 pedometer feels like a watch, if you think Omron HJ-112 pedometer in hand. C's not too easy - and ' s not so difficult Omron HJ-112 Pedometer is weighed on an elastic waistband. I don've been much more than a day with Omron HJ-112 Pedometer yet, but Omron HJ-112 pedometer has certainly impressed me. After a week I'll have a better idea of how Omron HJ-112 Pedometer not on additional measures for a period of 7 days.
