Pedometer Walking by Mark Fenton is the perfect book for those of us to get in shape and achieve a healthy life-style. Award-winning Mark Fenton in this book shows us how we can make walking a daily part of our lives. It is not just us, as if to walk through pedometer as a fitness regime led, but it will also tell us how we stay here pleasant and it becomes a habit.
The book is divided into 6 sections with each sectionfor a week. The first part tells how to start walking with pedometers in the first week. It includes the proper way of using a pedometer and take advantage of it to use. During the first week we will do nothing except to take note of how many steps we take in a day, so that we may begin a series with.
In the second week, Mark Fenton teaches us how to increase our number of daily steps. In the third week, he gives us tips on how to Take 10,000 steps a day, a habit, and not just something that we feel compelled. The fourth, 5 and 6 Week will be steps faster everyday with the ultimate goal of brisk walking daily.
Planned for those of us who love to walk or take walking as a way to lose weight, this book is highly recommended. It is easy to understand and easy to follow.
