1 step 2 steps ..... ..... ..... 10,000 Steps 10,000 non sounds like a lot, but 10,000 steps? That would be overwhelming, someone who went no further than the fridge in the year. And if someone beat the audacity to walk 10,000 steps a day ...... well, they have one of the fitness fanatic.
10,000 steps is the equivalent of about four to five miles. Have you ever thought about how many steps you take on an average day? Probablynot. Most people do not. But if you try to start the training motivated or to get more healthy in the coming new year, so you could start that you need. First you must figure out how many steps you really take in a day. How do you do that? You buy a pedometer.
Pedometers and track each step by measuring the upward and downward movement of the body. It is worn on the waist and a mechanism inside moves up and down as you walk byfrom your steps one by one. If you are an active individual or work in a job that needs to run much, you can pleasantly how many steps you take each day to be surprised.
