Christmas time, the cocktail parties and baked goods! Holiday weight gain can seem an inescapable tradition, but keep active will do wonders to avoid doing by seasonal pounds. Can not be found, time to squeeze a little exercise during the holidays? Then check out these diet tips that keep you on Nice 'Santa's "list. 1. "Christmas Shopping" ... Often!Walking the city or mall is great activity and lots of fun. The more time on their feet, the more calories burned. Consider buying an inexpensive pedometer to your mileage account to calculate.
2. Stop circling the lot for the next room ... park on the outside of the parking lot. You will probably actually save time by avoiding everything that a little circle and get them to secretly carry on foot in the mall.

6. Have a Party ... As the host, you will certainly its share of activity during the night!
