There are three main ways to make a bigger ass. Others stress the exercise, eat another surprise. Which one of these options for you depends largely on the individual genetics. First, you have a clear vision, your goals, you are just after a major bottom, or do you want a big-toned backside?
1. Way to a big butt: Food
This is the simplest and perhaps the hand. If you consume more food than you do, your body beginsTo collect fat around the body.
